Donald Capparella and Jacob A. Vanzin Present CLE to Chattanooga Bar on Domestic Law Appeals

Donald Capparella and Jacob A. Vanzin will present the Chattanooga Bar’s continuing legal education seminar Appeals in Domestic Law. Capparella has served as counsel in over 450 appeals in both state and federal courts, securing justice for his clients through more than just financial wins. Vanzin is a former appellate court judicial law clerk and an experienced appellate court practitioner in his own right. He brings a distinct perspective to the discussion, as he knows what appellate practice is like both behind the podium and behind the judicial curtain.

The CLE will be live via Zoom on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, 1:15-4:30 (EST). Attendees will receive three hours of general credit, and the CLE is open to non-members of the Chattanooga Bar.
